Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
